I am an H1 visa holder working in Dallas Tx, I am getting married in Feburary, and my wife has her passport from Gujarat, however since we both are from the north and we both are permanent residents from Uttaranchal now (I have a passport from issued from Bhopal MP though) can she apply in New Delhi consulate office rather than Mumbai? My to be wife is a permament resident from Dehradun, she was earlier residing in Ahmedabad.
Please reply ASAP as I need to finalize this because of the dates involved in booking etc.
