Hi friends
I applied for H1b transfer on April 17,2020 with Texas service center, ( with my previous H1b expirty date of June 30,2020). Upgraded it to Premium processing on June 12,2020. USCIS case status revealed RFE issued for initial evidence on June 16.2020. No RFE was received physically until July 1,2020. e request was sent as per USCIS notification on case status tracker and automated reply said to wait for RFE until July 23,2020.
NO RFE received until today-July 25,2020. Lawyer states they are requesting them again to send the RFE via FAX this time.
Any information of similar experience will be appreciated.
