Employer applied for MTR what other options i have

Hi,

My h1b visa aaplication has been refused as my client has stated that I was no more employed by them.

But I have taken leave from my technical manager and I have email communication with my manager ( manager asking when I will be back to work and I requesting to extend my leave)..

When the newdelhi consulate asked them about my employment with my client they said that i have been no longer employed with them...

So my employer is filing an MTR for the response to the USCIS Intend to revoke my H1B.


What other best options i have??

You can find a new employer who can file an H1B petition on your behalf using the existing or new CAP.
