I am currently on H1 b. I was contracting until april 30 2010 .Now i got a full time offer for some decent company( not vendor). They are processing my H1 in premium.My LCA was applied just yesterday. I have my pay stubs until May 15, so technically i am unemployed since may 15th 2010. I request to post your suggestions/past experience.Mentioned below are my questions.
i) Would it be a problem during H1 transfer since i do not have pay stubs from may 15th?
ii) I am planning to say incase if any query comes up that i was on sick leave from may 15 to may 30 th 2010. Any better idea?
