Hi, I am on H1B visa and a full time employee with a company. I want to do some real estate deals as side business like Flipping or wholesaling real estate. for that I want to create LLC with some of my friends who are citizen. Is that legal for H1B visa holders to be part of LLC or to start a new LLC?
