VISA restamping from Delhi

Hi all,
My H1 B Visa was issued from Mumbai. My wife is from Delhi and she also got her H4 from Mumbai (we went together, I got my H1 Stamped and she got her H4). Now we have to get our VISA re-stamped for another 3 years. We have got approval petition last week.
My question is-- Can we get our VISA restamped at Delhi even if it was originally issued from Mumbai.
Please answer if anybody has done this before. Admin immihelp, please reply ASAP.

If any of the reader knows whether we can restamp our H1 VISA in Delhi even when it was issued in Mumbai, please reply.
