You can do part time MBA and in most cases you will pay in state tuitions.
Here is the fact, As long as you hold a job and the H1 you have a resident status and as long as you are a legal resident, you are eligible to be student. Only draw back is, you can not accept a fellowship. If you loose your job, then you may have to "quickly" switch to F1. But then you will need to show proof of financial support (bank deposit of ~20-50K USD depending on the university you are admitted to)
