H4 visa while H1B is going to be ammended

Hi,

Need Urgent help!.

Description : Currently H1B Amendment in progress due to client change ( Current stamping in passport valid Until Nov 2021) .

My wife is stuck in India due to Pandemic.

My employer remains same but client is changing from Indiana to Ohio.

1) In her DS-160 Which H1b file/case# needs to be provided ? Approved CASE# from previous client or Inprogress case# from new client (presume this amendment might take couple of months to complete).

Due to the current rules, my employer will ammend my H1B using 3 previous pay stubs on Sep 1, 2020.

She is planning in applying for H4 visa interview on EA request.

If she gets her interview this month then on DS160 should I keep all the information of my previous address?


I want to understand the process and see what would be my best step.

You will need to provide recent most petition details when you or your dependents going for stamping.
Kindly let me know, Did she go for stamping and how was it?
