H1B Renewals status post Jan 2010 Memo

Hi Folks,

Hope like others I have my H1B VISA due next year (2011) for renewal. I wanted to see how things are working for Consultancy H1B renewal process. Are they still directly rejecting the H1B renewal or has any one got success in renewing H1B when working for Consultancy.

I briefly saw some are getting RFE's etc(post Feb 2010)... as apposed of direct rejection(in Jan, Feb 2010)

Hope responses & feedback from folks who went through this deli ma positive or negative will help us.

Odd, no one in the forum have approved H1B renewal this year.. as I see no reply..
