DS-160 question

I have submitted my online DS-160 form to Chennai consulate.
Can some one tell me , that if the online photo submitted does not print clearly on the confirmation page (where the bar code is printed) what happens?

Has anyone had any experience with this?
I thought that the bar code should be printed cleanly so that it can be scanned. Not sure of the photograph though.

Please advise.

I have a question on a related topic. Is it necessary to carry the same photo which was used on DS-160 form or is it ok to carry any other photo (taken within 6 months period) for interview?
