Hi Team,
I got stuck with my son passport renewal with CKGS.
Here is quick summary :
My son and my wife traveled from India to USA on July 2019.
My Wife passport has proper visa stamp and it has validity till November 2021 based on my latest H1B I797, wherein my son passport expired on July 2020, hence I guess visa was stamped on his passport only till July 2020.
Upon submitting passport renewal application for my Son on August 2nd 2020 to CKGS along with my latest I797 document, they denied my I797 document and asking for I797 document in my son's name, which I do not have.
His latest I94 also showing Admit until July 2020.
Now my son cannot travel to India because his passport is expired.
He cannot stay in USA because his I94 has valid till July 2020.
Please suggest what should I do with this situation.
