Immidiate Help Required - H1B Transfer while RFE issued on H1B extension

My H1B Visa is in extension process, visa is expiring in July Month end. An RFE is issued on my extension and i got a offer from other company and they are willing to transfer my visa now my questions are
1. Can i apply for visa transfer? Is there any problem in transfering visa?
2. If in worst case my h1 transfer is denied by USCIS then is there any chance my visa extension can also be denied?
3. what are the chances that my current employer will know that i have applied for transfer?

Any help, suggestions are highly appreciated.

>>> No issues. Do it before your current status expires.

>>> They both are totally independent processes.

>>> Unless you or someone else informs them, they wouldn't know.
