Visitor visa to accompany minor US citizen from India to USA

I was on H4 visa till last year August. Due to personal reasons we were divorced last year November. Our child (10 years old) is with me in India and she is an American citizen, my spouse is in US on valid H1B visa. I want to send her back to my spouse in US, due to visa restrictions my spouse cannot travel to India as of now. Is there any option (Visa) for me to take her back to US. Please guide.

I recommend B visa to manage your situation. In your statement, It shows you will return back to the country too. At the time visa Interview, Please specify these reasons and share with Officer. I believe, Officer will accept your request.
By the way, what did you do and what was the action you took?
