H1B Receipt Delays

Hi All, i have a query to the group:
My H1B (i129) Extension was filed under premium Processing on 8/25 with Texas Center
As of 9/10 i have not received the receipt yet.

Is there is a delay in getting the receipt numbers and is anyone experiencing similar delays

Hi,

I am in a similar situation. I am going through a visa transfer and it is under premium processing.
Apparently I received an RFE (online case status) but it has been 2 weeks now and I have not received the RFE documents in hand.
