H4 travel on old i797 but h1 got transferred to new employer

Hi all,

I have a query as one of my friend has H1B with employer X valid till next year Apr 2020, and his spouse holds H4 visa with same employer X and same validity and is in India.

Now H1B has done visa transfer and joining Y next month, now if his spouse is travelling on H4 with employer X will there be a problem.. As she is planning to travel next month after he joins Employee Y..

So basically in short H4 is on old employer, and H1B is joining new employer but her spouse has stamping with old employer.

"H" is a class of visa.
Once issued (sticker on passport), you may enter on it as long as it is valid, even if you have changed employers. There is no reason to get a "new" stamp if the current one on the passport is still valid.
The H1 holder must always travel with the latest employer's I-797.
H4 holders can travel with a copy of the H1 holder's I-797
