On H1B and travel via Frankfurt without H1B visa stamp

Hi, I am planning to travel with my husband and child who was born here to India during september. We are planning to take Lufthansa from the US. US-Frankfurt-Chennai,India.

We are on valid H1B petition but no visa stamp. So, will that cause any problems in Frankfurt without a valid US visa? Please suggest.
