Regarding H1 Transfered- Can old employer run paystub still?

Please reply me if any one of you have underwent this kind of situation..
I have moved from employer A to Employer B a month back.
All my legal formalities have been completed.And i am safe now with emp B.
I did not notify this to my old employer A.

I have saved some of my money with my old emp A.
As emp A doesn't know that i have transferred my visa, he has run a pay check for me with the money i saved with him to save my status in USA.

Q1)Can emp A run a pay check for me, when i already have a pay check run by new employer B?

Q2)What can be the best way that Emp A can pay off my money and do the final settlement?

Two employer cannot run pay role if your H1B is not filed as a concurrent H1B. Final settlement, YES.

But i have already pay stubs run by my old emp A and new emp B .
Will that be any problem for me?
How shuould i get over this , if at all this is a serious issue?

Make sure it doesn't continue. There is nothing much you could do to correct the previous pay roll. I don't think you will need to worry so much about a single pay slip.
