Question On H1 stamping

Hi,

I am going to India the end of the month and planning to setup a visa appointment for the first week of August.I have filled out DS-160 and submitted the application and i chose Hyderabad,India before filling DS-160.My question here is if i want to choose Chennai to be my Consulate instead of Hyderabad.Do i need to submit DS-160 again choosing Chennai,India and submit to Chennai Consulate.Please suggest?
