Can I travel on H4 Visa with the previous employer?

Hi,
I have a valid H4 Visa expiring in Nov 2020. The visa was issued based on i797 of the previous employer. Now my spouse has changed the job and is having a new i797. Can I travel to US on the existing visa?

Yes. As long as you have valid H4 visa stamped, during the approved period, you can travel.
