Payment Issue with H1B Employer

I have a problem regarding a payment issue from my employer.
I have worked as a software contractor to this company called ramsoft
consultants based in illinios (who also was holding my H1B Visa) at the client
site in dallas for around 6 months. Even though they used to delay my
payments and under pay me i got paid for the initial 4 months correctly,
but when i told them that the project is getting over in a month, they stopped
paying me from the fourth month with the excuse that the main client is not paying
them and now i have quit with dissatisfaction and joined another company,
Ramsoft is withholding my last 2 months paymentS and refusing to pay.
Can i take any kind of action against them? Please advise!
