H1-b Transfer RFE delay?

Hi all,

How long does it take to receive the RFE documents after the online status changes to RFE sent from case received.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the documents yet. It is mentioned if I do not receive it by today, then I should request for a copy.omegle xender

Is there a way to expedite this process? My H1 transfer case was filled using premium processing. But now it is taking a while.

Hi Member,
Normally, if the petition is under premium, within one week or maximum two, RFE notice will be reached to either Employer location or Attorney office. If the petition is under normal processing, maximum 3 weeks. Within three weeks surely it will come to concern office.
If RFE notice will not reach to the petitioner within one month then the petitioner can reach out to USCIS for seeking the copy of RFE notice immediately.
