H1B Need help Urgent

I had got my H1B visa stamping done 1 year back through a company A while I was working for Company B in India.
But due to recession I did not pursue my career with Company A and stayed back with Company B in India.
Now Company A is again calling me to take up the offer in US.
Since I have never entered US, if I accept the offer with Company A by resigning Company B, will there be any problem at port of Entry?
what does this employee-employer relation mean? Will there be any affect due to this at POE?
Actually Company A is a consultancy firm?
Do I require any documents from Company A or Company B to enter US?

What could be the generic questions at POE in such cases?
What would be the general reasons for denial at POE in such cases?

Your help is required atmost. Please help it is urgent?

If your employer has valid work for you then nothing to worry about that.

Its your employer's job to prove that you are compliant with this relationship. You need necessary docs mostly about your petition from A. Nothing to do with B.
