RFE response - Need suggestion urgent

Hi,

My husband's H1 extension was applied last month. We got RFE for the purchase order and the deadline to send response is July 16th.

His project got renewed last month for 1 year but the vendor did not get the renewed purchase order yet. Once he gets signed contract he will give it to our employer for sending response.

But there are only 3 more days available for all this process and till now we did not get updated PO.

Shervin or anyone can please suggest what can we do? We are very upset.

Ask them to sign it asap and tell them the situation and the impacts. Meanwhile ask the employer to check with the attorney, if any legal alternate to extend this date.
