I'm an architecture grad student in the 2nd semester of school. I won't be graduating until mid of 2022. But If I'm trying for jobs after graduation, given the new rule, I'm not sure how much I have to be earning. The wage level 1 rose from 17 percentile to 45. What does it mean?
