One of my friends recently denied H1 B extension - Reason Cited : They did not receive pay stubs during RFE - This was a mistake done by the employer where they forgot to send the requested pay stubs - Is there anyway this can be contested / dealt with immigration ? - Thanks in advnace !

Either the employer didn't have the pay slips to prove that they actually paid the employee as per the LCA or that they are so dumb that they didn't care to send the documents requested in RFE.Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.Comment
