Question on H1B extension

I have currently applied for H1B extension under regular processing and have my receipt number. I have non-tech Master's degree and current position is in Program Management. In the past, I have received RFEs for education background and specialty occupation. With the new rule change which my lawyer says will be effective from Dec 7th, I am wondering if I should upgrade to premium to avoid any chances of rejection. Any inputs will be very helpful.
