H1B Extension stamping in Canada along with H4 Dependent with H4 EAD

Hi Friends

I am currently in USA with H1B extension approved until 5/22 but visa yet to be stamped. My wife has a H4 EAD. I might have to travel back to India next year early and due to the current situation, i am planning to get my visa stamped in Canada.

Question is, do i need to take my wife along with me to get the H4 Dependent VISA stamped? Or can she stay back in USA and get her Visa stamped in India during my travel.

Answer: It is not required to bring her along with you unless she is not going to leave USA. Whenever she is leaving USA then she can plan for visa stamping.
