L1 Visa to H1B Visa - Senior Please reply ASAP

Hi, I am in my L1 Individual Visa Extension, Currently my visa and my I-94 is about to expire. My Company planning to apply for my H1B. Should I leave to country to get it stamped or can I continue with the Expired L1 Visa with Approved H1B Pappers and new I-94.

Please help reply me ASAP. Thanks.

Visa is just an entry document. If the H1B gets approved as a COS (new I-94), then you can continue to stay and work on the H1B status.
