H4 stamping without H1

Hello,

I am on an H4 and have to go to India for a family emergency. I moved from an H1b to H4 and now currently on an H4 EAD. Last stamping(while on H1) was done more than 4 years back. Only I am planning to travel leaving my child and H1 here. Can I avail H4 medical emergency/family separation stamping and return back to the US.

I hope now you would have got H4 stamping..
In generally, the reason you mentioned is strong enough to seek an emergency appointment. But you will need the documentation for the same.
