H1- Transfer - Extension - Help/Advice

Hi All,

Labour is approved with other company 20 days into my 6th year. I have around 60 days of vacation - outside USA. My question which I need your help is :

> 1: Should I apply with my current company for vacation recapture before joining the other company?. Or it doesn't matter and that other company can apply for H1-Transfer - appealing for vacation recapture.

I have around 3 months for my 6th year completion with my current company with around 60 days vacation recpture.
