H1B Filing

Is 30th Sept 2010 last date for filing the H1B Visas ?
Is 1st Apr 2010 - 30th Sept 2010 a window for filing H1B applications?
If the limit is not reached by 30th Sept 2010 will USCIS continue to accept applicatios after 30th Sept 2010 or will they open another schedule window to accept applications??

30 Sep 2011 or the date cap is met whichever is earlier.
