H4 Admin processing..Urgent

Hello,

My wife went to H-4 visa stamping at Hyderabad and her case is under admin processing.She was asked to send her resume and her principal applicant contact details via email as she doesn't have them at that time.

Is there any format to send the email with a specific subject?
She was given a white slip mentioning her case number and the email id of the HydConsulate.

Any help, greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is no specific format. Just include what ever they have asked with a cover letter. (I wonder why they want to take a look at the resume of an H4 candidate).
