H1b approved with cos but want to stay on H4EAD

Hi , I am currently on H4EAD and got a good offer from another company on the same H4EAD. But my current employer filed for H1B as Change of Status which got approved on 1st Dec 2020.
I would like to stay on H4 EAD and do not want to move to H1B . Can you guide me what my options are.

Hi,
If you filed the petition as change of status from H4 to H1B and it got approved then your status will be automatically changed from concern date. If you again want to move back then you will have to file another H4 petition and H4 EAD.
