Printing DS160

I submitted mine & my wife DS160 form & got the confirmation letter without any issue to my email , but since i dont have access to printer ..i did save web page as for the "applciation form print page " for my wife application form . it got saved in my desktop , now when i open it , the page has her conformation number & all details of mine instead of her ? , how could it be possible . should i resubmit the DS160 ?
