One H1B approved other Pending - Want to join the pending one

Here is my query.

I was laid off and my 60 day grace period ended on Dec 30th. I got H1-B approval on Dec 28th from employer A.

Company A has transferred my H1-B petition and got an approval - Joining on January 4th
Company B started transfer in Premium processing for H1-B but approval is PENDING - They also gave joining on January 4th.

I want to join company A since B's approval is still PENDING. Once I have approval of B (may take another week) , I want to join B.
Is it ok to join B after a week after joining A ?

Other option is that I can ask A to extend joining for another week to wait for approval of B

Yes. If you work for one company with Approved H1B, later if you got another opportunity and got approved with that Employer, you can migrate to them. But, Please follow proper reliving with your previous Employer. Please try to get pay for short period you worked for them. Just keep some evidence as well. Please make sure, they withdraw your H1B petition, once you migrate to new Employer.
