Applying for h4 while h1 221g is still pending

I have been waiting for my H1b 221g response since March 2020. As it's been so long, I am planning to go with H4. If my H4 gets denied, Does H1b 221g also be withdrawn automatically? Appreciate your response. Thank You!

Hi,
If you want to get H4 visa at consulate then you will have to withdraw H1B visa that is pending with consulate. Once you done these then you can plan for H4 visa.
