Travel to India without joining Company B , return and join

Currently working for company A with H1B valid end of 2021,
got offer in company B got H1B approval for company B before travel.
Visa expired for Company A.
Can I travel to India and go stamping for Company B , return to USA and join Company B?

Answer: Yes. With the help of New Employer H1B petition and Approval, you will need to go for visa stamping and travel back to the USA.
