H4 Visa Stamping in India recently

I am planning to visit India, was able to get an appointment in Feb 1st week for visa interview at Mumbai location.

Does Anyone attended visa interview in India recently after going from US? do we need a quarantine for 14 days after reaching India before we can attend interview?

1. I have a drop box appt for Feb 4th for me (H1) & my wife (H4). You'll need to get yourselves a NEGATIVE RT-PCR test report (printout) 72 hours before you board your flight from US. You also need to upload a copy of this report on following websites.


2. Also carry a printout of this RT-PCR report when you land in Mumbai else you'll be carried way from the airport to a nearby Institutional quarantine facility (typically some hotel nearby). If you have this report you don't need to quarantine yourself.

3. Mumbai airport (Terminal T2) also has a RT-PCR test facility where you can get another test done incase your domestic connecting doesn't fall within 72 hour time bracket of this report
