H1B visa transfer to two employer-Urgent

I am on H1B visa and it is valid till Sep 2010. Now I have got an offer from company B and they have started the paperwork process for my H1B transfer through premier. Meanwhile I got another offer from company C and they are also asking me for H1B docs for transfer.
Can I apply for H1B transfer with these two company (b and c) one in premier process and another in normal process?
How long it will take for h1b transfer in premier process?
Can both the company apply almost at the same time or may be in as span of a week’s time?
Will this impact each other transfer? If the two transfers or one of them is approved that fine, I can join the company which has approval and good offer.
Also , since company b have started the process if I go first with them in premier process and once I got the receipt number ( hope will get the receipt# in 2 weeks time period in premier process) can I apply for transfer to Company B in normal process?
Will this affect Company B approval?
Should I need to mention about company B filing to Company C while filing for H1B transfer and do I need to produce Company B receipt no and pay slips while applying to Company C transfer?

You don't need to pay anything. Did you sign any kind of agreement with the employer? If yes, then consult an attorney.

H1 Visa Transfer

Hi I got my H1 b visa approved on May 17 2016 from my company while I was on 12 months opt. I got laid off on 17th June and my 12 months of OPT expired on June 30th. Due to H1 approval my SEVIS record got transferred and I could not apply for stem extension. However my company said they will hold my H1 visa until I get new job and they will inform USCIS around September since I am on their cap-gap

My question is:

1: Can other company file for my H1 transfer and can I start working before OCT 1st on Cap-Gap?
2: can 2 companies file for my H1 transfer one in regular and one in premium and can I start working as soon as I get receipt from desired company irrespective of receipt for application from other company?
