New H1B Visa expiry

I got a fresh H1B visa from my current employer stamped on Dec 2019 and valid until Jun 2021. IF I couldn't travel by Jun,2021. Shall I file HNSC with another employer after Jun,2021?

Hi,
YES.. You can file another New H1B with another Employer which will not come under CAP lottery. But, Please make sure, you will need to go for Visa stamping in order to travel US.
