H4 Visa for my spouse urgent pleas help

Court marriage certificate has maiden name but ds160 and passport has the same name I.e. new name for my spouse. After marriage one

passport also have my name in spouse details

any issues during her H4 visa ? Please help

No. You will not have. As long as you have valid documents and proof for new changed name, nothing issues you can find.
