Adding H1 applicant as dependent to H4 Visa

Hi,
I have filled DS160 and travel docs info for H4 Visa appointment for my wife. Can I add my myself(H1 applicant) as family member and go to same Visa appointment slot?
I will be filling another DS160 but it no where asks details about my Visa type except in my DS160. Is that fine?

Answer: As per my knowledge, H1B primary holder can add spouse as dependents in H1B visa applicant account and go for visa together. But in the H4 Applicant account, adding H1B holder as dependent will not be good process at all.

Answer: You must have created fresh CGI account and add your spouse as dependent then go for visa Interview.
