L1 to H1 COS

Hi,

I am L1 for company A.Company B wants to apply for L1 to H1 COS,and if company A send me back to India while COS process is in progress,what will happen.

2 ) If i Apply for H1 (Consular Process), i came to know that i hev to go to India for stamping.In that can i give my own date for consular interview or will it be decided by USCIS ?

COS has nothing to do with Company A and your travel. If you even travel, COS might be approved (Based on Merits of the application) even if you are out of Country. If you are out of country, you need to get a Visa to Travel back on H1B
