H4 Visa Interview - When is Visa appointments opening

Hello,

My wife and son need to travel to India for vacation in June. I am trying to book visa appointments for June and it does not show up at all for Chennai. Even Mumbai and Delhi are showing up only until March. The first available dates it is showing up is for Nov3rd for Chennai. Can any of you help in letting me know whether the visa appointments are open and I am missing something or its not open at all. I was under the impression, it all opened up. Any help on this is much appreciated.

Visa Appointments are open at all consulate in India. May be, dates will not be available.. But you can continuously watch the calendar and book the appointment... Thanks
