h1b and h4 stamping

iam on h1 since 2003 and iam having stamped h1b visa on my passport till dec 2005 but now i changed the employer and iam having approved
I-797 with company iam working....now i want to go back and get married so do i have to get my new h1b stamped or if not then how can my spouse apply for h4 visa as on passport iam still working with previous firm..pls help

You don't need new H1 stamp as yours does not expire till Dec 2005.

Just take passport with old H1 stamp and new H1 petition to apply for H4.
