Divorce and h4 visa issue for second wife

My 1st wife was on H4 visa when we were in USA together then we got divorce in India. I got married again and wanted to apply for H4 visa for my 2nd wife. So does my 2nd wife need copy of my divorce decree when she going to appear for H4 interview?
