    Hi All - I have a question, I had a bad experience with one of my previous employer. I'm planning to start green card process and my question is If doesn't give the experience letter do I have any problem ? If so what are my options ?

    A notarized letter from your x-colleagues containing your full name, DOB, address, designation, roles and responsibilities and the period (time frame) they worked with you in the organization will do in case you don't get the experience letter from your x-employer. The person who gives you such letter should also include their full contact information (Their DOB, address, phone, email etc).

    The lawyer who files your GC will have more information on the format of the letter.
