Hi,

My wife is travelling to India, and going for the H4 stamping as her visa is not up to date. Unfortunately, my 2009 W2 is showing gross pay less than the LCA. My gross pay was around $8000 less than LCA. I was on bench for 3 months in 2009, and also changed the empployer. She was in India when I was on bench. For this year I have all the paystubs.

Is this going to trouble when my wife carries my W2 for the interview???

Please advise if there is any solution...

Even if she carries W2, if they don't ask for it, it is okay, isn't it?
Don't worry. Latest pay stubs should be fine.
