Hi. I have a valid H1B visa till Sept 2021 with my previous employer. I got that visa stamp done in Mexico in Feb2020. However, I moved to a new employer at the end of 2020 last year and I am planning to setup a visa stamping appointment in Hyderabad, India using the new i797A with the new employer. When I log into the https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ to setup the date, it asked me questions about “if I have a previous visa?” and “Is that previous visa still valid?” Do I say yes? Will this result in a dropbox? I am not eligible because my previous stamping was in Mexico. will there also be a question like "was your last visa issued in India after January 1, 2008?". I am assuming when I saw No to that question, it will result in an interview and NOT dropbox? Can someone please let me know how to answer these questions so I can end up with a visa interview option? Thanks!!
