Hi, I am applying for my spouse Visa appointment. I have already made the required payment for the interview. I just wanted to know about documents required to carry for an interview, specifically "application for US Visa fee receipt". I have made an online payment to Bank of america. What receipt do I need to take as a proof. Is it the one which is on my "Appointment confirmation letter ", the section of MRV fee receipt or something else?

Fees receipt means, Once you make payment through bank, you will get Payment receipt that will be generated through bank. that you will need to keep for record purpose.
